I have installed hundreds of door from different door companies. This door was by far the worse yet. The hinge skrews fall out because they are not long enough, reveals are not even close to being even, had to mortice just about every hinge to make door work correctly. When I reached out to the company they send me Steve Turnage. A very rude rep that turned his back to one of my employees as they were talking to him. When I spoke to him he would talk over me, not even listening to my issues. Then when i tell him what would be helpful to us installing and a longer lasting door he tells me that they are not going to fix the problems because they will make no money on the doors. He literally told me “ go buy doors from someone else”. Will never use this company again!
